Messed around with Oculus debug tool, and oculus tray tool to set things. Right now uninstalling and reinstalling oculus stuff. ![]() I slide the resolution sliders around in steam VR but the graphics never look as crisp as Virtual Desktop, and get laggy and stuttery to, where Virtual desktop is smooth as silk. No where near the quality of Virtual Desktop.Īnd in the games I get a wired water effect, that makes it look like I'm looking through a bowl of water. Go back into steam, and the graphics are muddy\blurry\pixelated. Set the oculus desktop software to 72hz, switch from Automatic resolution, and push the slider all the way up to 1.7x and 5408x2736. Now, switch to my Store purchased, OFFICIAL link cable. I check video settings in steamvr and it appears to be 2496x2592 Resolution slider in steam vr set 100% When I use virtual desktop, and I run STEAM VR, I can get the graphics to look clear and amazing. ![]()
